Carpentaria is a not-for-profit organisation delivering disability, therapy and community services across children, adolescents and adults. The Workforce Support Officer (Rostering) will coordinate rosters, shift coverage and workforce availability to ensure services are appropriately staffed and reporting is accurate.
The role requires rostering experience, solid organisational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
