Mars is seeking an Employer Brand Specialist for a 12-month contract to help shape and strengthen our employer brand across Australia. You will craft authentic stories about our people and culture and develop experiences that engage current and future employees.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition ANZ, you will lead campaigns and content that bring our associate experience to life and ensure a robust, consistent presence across the channels that matter to our talent pool.
