AFCA in Australia is seeking a Banking Industry Lead to shape the Scams External Dispute Resolution program under the SPF. You will provide technical and regulatory expertise to design and deliver effective dispute resolution for scam-related harms.

This is a max-term contract through to May 2028. You will work with banks, regulators and industry bodies to embed scam considerations in AFCA's approach to complaints and payments.
