HPS is seeking a passionate and adaptable Clinical Pharmacist to support healthcare services across a correctional centre in Parkville, Melbourne, working 9am to 2pm each Friday. This role offers autonomy, clinical problem-solving and relationships with healthcare providers to improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities include medication management, clinical pharmacy services, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimise therapy for a complex patient population.
