As we prepare for the opening of Sharks Leagues, we’re looking for experienced and enthusiastic Club Supervisors to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter for the Sharks and help establish the service standards, team culture and customer experience within our new venue.

As a Club Supervisor, you’ll be a hands‑on leader on the floor, supporting our front‑line teams throughout their shifts and working closely with Duty Managers and Department Heads to ensure our operations run smoothly.

Supervisor Opportunities

We are currently recruiting for Club Supervisors in casual, full-time and part-time capacities in the following areas:

Food & Beverage – supporting our bars, dining and beverage operations and leading front‑line teams to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

Functions – helping coordinate and supervise functions and events, ensuring smooth service delivery and a great experience for our guests from start to finish.

Gaming – supervising gaming operations, supporting our gaming team and maintaining a strong focus on customer service, compliance and responsible gaming practices.

About the Role

As a Club Supervisor, you will:

Supervise and support front‑line team members throughout your shift

Lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service

Allocate duties and help coordinate workflow, breaks and shift coverage

Provide day‑to‑day coaching, mentoring and support to team members

Assist with the induction and on-the-job training of new employees

Monitor service, presentation and operational standards throughout the Club

Assist with opening and closing operational areas





Complete operational checklists and shift handovers

Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

Promote Club promotions, events and loyalty initiatives

Support compliance with relevant liquor, gaming, WHS and Club requirements

Respond to operational issues and make appropriate decisions within your level of responsibility

Escalate significant operational, security or customer matters to the Duty Manager or Department Head when required

About You

We’re looking for people who are confident on the floor, approachable with their team and comfortable taking ownership during a busy shift.

To be successful, you will have:

Previous experience in a similar hospitality, club or supervisory role

Experience supervising or coordinating front‑line teams

Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating a great customer experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The confidence to resolve customer issues professionally

Sound knowledge relevant to your area of hospitality operations

The ability to work independently while knowing when matters need to be escalated

Current RSA and RCG competency cards

Availability to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and Game Days.

First Aid/CPR and ARCG qualifications will be highly regarded.
