What we are looking for

- Previous experience in a leadership role, managing teams and daily operations in a hospitality
- Exceptional customer service focus, with experience overseeing multiple venues or operational areas while delivering high service standards and memorable guest experiences
- Knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and cocktail menu development
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation; First Aid and CPR qualifications are highly regarded
- Versatile availability, including weekends and public holidays
