If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems and are interested in electrical work, an apprenticeship in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration could be the trade you're looking for.

Refrigeration is a highly skilled trade combining electrical, mechanical and practical hands-on work. You'll learn to install, service, diagnose and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems across a wide range of residential and commercial environments.

No two days are exactly the same — and you'll be building skills in an in-demand trade while getting paid to learn.

What You'll Learn

As an apprentice, you'll develop the skills required to:

- Install air conditioning and refrigeration systems

- Service,



maintain and repair heating, cooling and commercial refrigeration equipment

- Diagnose faults and solve technical problems

- Work safely with electrical and mechanical systems

- Read plans and understand how different systems operate

- Work across residential and commercial projects

- Attend trade school and successfully complete your apprenticeship studies

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn

- Enjoys practical, hands-on work

- Has good communication skills and a positive attitude

- Is committed to completing an apprenticeship and attending trade school

- Has completed at least Year 11

- Has a genuine interest in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, electrical work or the trades generally

- Holds a White Card, or is willing to obtain one

You don't need previous experience in refrigeration — we're looking for the right attitude, reliability and a genuine willingness to learn.
