Apprentice Mechanical Engineer

Commencing in January 2027 Squad in conjunction with our valued Host Employer are seeking a passionate individual to join their team as a Apprentice Mechanical Engineer.

The Role

This role comes with a plenty of variety and the chance to get highly sought after experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

- Assist qualified engineers and tradespeople in the manufacture and assembly of parts.
- Perform basic mechanical tasks such as measuring, cutting, drilling, and machining under supervision.
- Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Help maintain workshop equipment and ensure a clean, safe working environment.




- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements, including correct use of PPE.
