We're looking for 2 motivated Apprentice Locksmith to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognised trade qualification while learning from experienced locksmiths across residential, commercial and government projects.
As an apprentice, you'll receive hands-on training, attend TAFE and develop the skills required to install, maintain and repair a wide range of locks, doors, access systems and security hardware.
About the Role
Working alongside qualified locksmiths, you will:
- Learn to install, service and repair locking systems and security hardware.
- Assist with workshop, site and service-call work.
- Develop skills using locksmithing tools, machinery and equipment.
- Learn key cutting, keying systems and lock servicing.
- Assist with stock control, workshop organisation and housekeeping.
- Support front-counter sales and customer service activities.
- Learn to work from floor plans and master key schedules.
- Complete all apprenticeship and TAFE requirements.
- Follow quality, safety and environmental procedures at all times.

Essential Requirements
You will be willing and able to obtain or maintain:
- Relevant security licensing requirements.
- Working With Vulnerable People clearance.
- Construction White Card.
- Asbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness certifications.
- National Police Check.
A current driver's licence is highly regarded.
