- Monitoring project timelines, deliverables and milestones, and contribute to project tracking and reporting
- Assisting with preparing departmental and ministerial briefs, papers, input to speeches and Ministerial correspondence
- Contributing to quality assurance of project and program materials, including executive briefs, reports, dashboards and procurement documentation
The Ideal Person
You’re comfortable moving between policy drafting, stakeholder coordination and administrative detail, and you stay organised when priorities shift across a broad, multi-stakeholder program.
You will bring the following skills and experience:
- Experience in policy development, research or analysis, ideally within government or a related setting
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft briefs, correspondence and communications material for different audiences

It would also be beneficial if you have:
- Experience providing secretariat or governance support to committees or working groups
- Familiarity with digital communications channels such as webpages and social media

- $70/hr – $78/hr + Super
- Labour hire contract for an initial 6 months, with the option to extend for a further 3 months
