- Experience in luxury residential projects

- Tertiary qualification

- Skilled user of Revit, Adobe Creative Suite

- Excellent understanding of construction, architectural and design detailing

- High attention to detail and ability to meet project program

- Capable of managing a project from inception to completion

- Proficient at conceptual design and presentation

- Able to explore ideas while working with director

- Producing tender and construction packages

- Strong co-ordination skills

- Ability to work well both in a team and autonomously

- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English

- Solid co-ordination skills
