About theRole
Sureway isgrowing, and our People & Culture team is expanding to support the nextphase of the business.
We areseeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support leadersacross employment services, inclusive employment programs, counselling andtraining.
This is anoperational HR role with a strong focus on employee relations. You will partnerwith leaders to manage workforce issues and drive consistent people practices.
- Manage performance, conduct anddisciplinary matters end-to-end
- Lead and support workplaceinvestigations
- Coach leaders on performance anddecision making
- Manage absenteeism and attendanceissues
- Support probation management andterminations
- Provide clear, practical HRadvice to leaders
You will berequired to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions and operate withconfidence.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, not just advisory work, offering exposure across employment, training and health programs.

ExperienceRequired
- HR Business Partner or Senior HRAdvisor experience
- Strong experience managingperformance, misconduct and terminations
- Experience with investigationsand complex IR matters
- Sound knowledge of Australianemployment legislation
- Experience supporting operationalor multi-site workforces
- Experience in employmentservices, training, health or community sector desirable
