headspace Cairns, operated in partnership with the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section), seeks a Senior Youth Vocational Specialist to design, implement and deliver the IPS program. This role supports young people aged 15–25 to transition into work or study with mentoring and ongoing support.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with external stakeholders, and ensure culturally secure care while promoting vocational recovery and client outcomes.
