Roshana Care Group is seeking a Clinical & Quality Advisor based in Newcastle, NSW. You will join the Aged Care Leadership Team, providing governance oversight, quality assurance, and clinical risk advisory across multiple sites with opportunities to travel to our homes to share expertise.

As an unrestricted AHPRA Registered Nurse, you will lead quality improvement projects, help develop clinical policies, and mentor Clinical Nurse Managers to uphold high standards of care.
