LHS Rocktools (Australia) Pty Ltd is a leading supplier of Drilling Consumables with branches throughout Australia and we are currently looking for a suitably qualified person to join its growing team in Mount Isa. This position is a residential position in Mount Isa.

This role is a senior position and involves a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

Duties will include

- Supervision of the existing team.

- Overseeing current contracts and drill consumable performance.

- Direct liaison with mine personnel – from senior management to operational staff, drillers and maintenance personnel.

- Regular site meetings and product performance reviews (including report preparation).

In addition to the above, the successful candidate must be prepared to be ‘hands on’ as required, including some site relief work and day to day general product management duties (including underground, general stores and bit sharpening tasks).

This role would ideally suit someone with an underground mining background preferably with drilling experience,



however we encourage anyone with a mechanical aptitude, excellent work ethic and strong communication skills to apply.

This is a Monday to Friday position though occasional weekend relief work may be required. The role is essentially focused in far north Queensland however it will involve state wide travel at times.

The role will include a vehicle and an attractive salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience. Suitable candidates must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test, and hold a valid National Police Clearance.
