Hays is seeking reliable Assembly Labourers to join a busy steel-frame manufacturing facility in Tweed Shire, NSW near Coolangatta.
These roles are suitable for candidates with experience in manufacturing, machine operation, construction, trade assistance, warehousing or other hands-on environments.
Your New Role
- Assembling steel wall frames, roof trusses and joists
- Using hand and power tools for screwing and bolting
- Measuring, positioning and assembling components
- Manual handling of materials
- Completing repetitive production tasks
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Working towards daily production targets
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous machine operating, manufacturing, construction or labouring experience
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to complete physical and repetitive work
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
