AXIO is Flint's asset finance business. It is growing fast, the lead flow is real, and the ceiling is a long way up. We need a broker who wants volume and has the engine to handle it.
The job
Deals. Deals. Deals.
You will lodge, settle and repeat, with processing support behind you so your day is spent on clients and partners, not chasing documents.
What you'll own
- Writing and lodging asset finance deals at high volume
- Building and running your own referral partner network: dealers, accountants, brokers, business owners
- Managing your clients end to end, from first call to settlement to the next one
- Owning your pipeline and your numbers, every day
- Working the leads we send you and generating your own on top
What you get
- Full processing and credit support. You are not doing your own data entry.
- Warm lead flow from Flint's residential, commercial and investor client base
- Lender panel and accreditations already in place
- A team that lodges hard and celebrates loudly
Who you are
- At least 1 year of asset finance experience. This is not negotiable. You know the lenders, the products and how to structure a deal.
- Hungry. Genuinely. You want more deals, not fewer.
- Strong sales instinct and comfortable on the phone with anyone
- Full ownership. Nothing sits in your pipeline waiting for someone else to move it.
- Serious work ethic. Our best months are not accidents.
Bonus points if you create content.
Video, LinkedIn, socials. Flint is the most visible finance brand in the country and we will put a camera and an audience behind you if you want one. Plenty of brokers build a personal brand here. It is not a requirement, but it is a fast lane.
