We’re partnering with a leading global real estate investment manager to appoint an Asset Manager into its growing Australian team. This is a newly created role offering broad exposure across a diversified Australian real estate portfolio and multiple investment strategies, including Core, Core Plus, Value Add and Development.

Reporting to the Head of Real Estate Australia, you’ll take responsibility for both existing and new investments, driving asset performance through active asset management, leasing, capital projects, repositioning and redevelopment initiatives.

The chance will include:

- Developing and executing asset strategies and annual business plans
- Identifying value creation, development and repositioning opportunities
- Managing leasing, capex, valuations and investment performance
- Working across acquisitions, asset transitions and divestments




- Preparing investment committee papers and financial analysis
- Managing JV partners, property managers, leasing agents and consultants
- Working closely with Australian and regional investment and funds management teams

Who we’re looking for:

- 8+ years’ experience across Real Estate Asset Management, Investment Management or Funds Management
- Strong exposure to property development or redevelopment
- Experience across multiple investment strategies – Core, Core Plus, Value Add and Development
- Exposure across multiple property sectors and Australian markets, ideally including Office and Industrial
- Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management capability
- Experience working with joint ventures/co-ownership structures would be highly regard
