We are seeking an experienced Assistant Account Executive to provide dedicated support to one of our Directors and assist in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with existing insurance broking experience who enjoys building strong client relationships, thrives in a fast-paced workplace, and is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and collaborative team.
The Role
Working closely with a Director, you will:
- Manage policy administration, renewals, endorsements and new business processing
- Prepare submissions, quotations and renewal documentation
- Liaise with insurers and clients to provide high quality support
- Assist with portfolio management and client servicing activities
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- 2-5 years' experience within an insurance broking or underwriting support environment
- Broad general/commercial insurance knowledge
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Tier 2 qualification (or working towards completion)
- A proactive, professional and team-oriented approach
- Exposure to Winbeat and Officetech highly regarded
