As our community continues to grow, we're thrilled to welcome new educators to join our dedicated team at Trails Early Learning Oran Park Podium!

About Trails Early Learning

Trails Early Learning is a privately owned early education group, bringing a fresh perspective to the Australian children's education and care sector. Our mission is to ignite children's imaginations through storytelling and play, fostering a lifelong love of learning and adventure.

Located in the newly developed Oran Park Podium shopping precinct in Sydney's South West, our flagship Service is designed to incorporate natural elements, abundant light, fresh air, and ample space in both indoor and outdoor areas. With dedicated parking, secure site access, ateliers, age-specific classrooms, and playscapes, our children and educators have everything they need to teach, grow, learn, and develop. Plus, shops, cafes, and all the amenities you could want are right on our doorstep.

About You:

- Relevant qualifications - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Current Working with Children Check and Child Protection Unit
- Knowledge of both the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and high standards for environmental presentation
- A confident and warm manner with families, team, and the community
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A desire to leave a positive legacy for enrolled children and their community




- Commitment to maintaining current knowledge and attending additional training
- A desire and ability to support and promote Christian values such as generosity, courage, love, respect, hope, and peace

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome each child and their family to the service each day with meaningful communication
- Be professional, kind, and respectful in all that you do and say
- Establish relationships and develop positive interactions with children, families, and educators
- Give each child individual attention and comfort as required
- Ensure all educators, children, and families have a sense of belonging at the service
- Support the implementation of our Trails 7 Pathways Curriculum
- Contribute to programming and planning aligned with EYLF and NQS
- Basic duties including food preparation, cleaning, and gardening
- Maintain confidentiality and respect in all communications
