Eden Brewhouse is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join its leadership team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than managing shifts and ticking off tasks. What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead as Manager on Duty, set explicit priorities and keep the operation moving
- Coach and develop team members while recognising strong performance
- Maintain high standards across service, presentation and the guest experience
- Oversee liquor, gaming, safety and operational compliance
- Support labour management, stock control, cash handling and venue reporting
- Identify practical improvements and work with the leadership team to put them into action

Who We’re Looking For

- Leadership experience in a pub, hotel, club or similar hospitality venue




- Experience coordinating multiple areas during busy service periods
- Confidence making decisions and taking ownership
- A clear, fair communicator who can set expectations and develop people
- Confidence with venue administration, cash management and reporting
- Current Queensland RSA, RSG and CLO; RMLV and Approved Manager Licence are highly regarded
- This role requires flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
