About the role

This is a hands-on, floor-focused role for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced service, leads from the front and consistently upholds high service standards. You will manage the floor during busy services, train and develop staff, maintain team morale, oversee ordering and ensure every customer receives a consistently solid experience.

About you

- Proven Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager experience is essential




- Strong experience managing the floor through busy service periods
- Fast mover who remains calm and composed under pressure
- Confident problem solver with strong initiative
- Hands-on leadership style
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Ability to train, motivate and develop FOH staff
- High standards around service, presentation and customer experience
- Organised, reliable and accountable
