Increw Group Solutions is currently recruiting experienced underground mining personnel for multiple opportunities throughout Central and Western Queensland.
We are looking to connect with skilled and safety-focused people for the below underground positions. If you have proven underground experience and are ready for your next opportunity, we want to hear from you.
Underground Truck Operators
Seeking experienced operators who can safely and efficiently operate underground haul trucks while supporting production activities and maintaining high safety standards.
Underground Shift Supervisors
Experienced underground leaders are encouraged to apply. You will play an key role in coordinating underground activities, supporting crews and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with site requirements. Previous underground leadership or supervisory experience is required.
Service Crew
We are also seeking experienced underground service crew personnel to support essential underground infrastructure, services and day-to-day mining operations. A minimum of 3 years' underground service crew experience and a current Working at Heights Certificate will be highly regarded.
What You Can Expect
- Various rosters - 2 weeks on 2 weeks off/7on 7off – Day and Night shift rotations
- FIFO options from Townsville or Brisbane
- Bus transport available for local candidates
- Accommodation and meals provided
- Join an experienced underground mining workforce
About You
We are interested in hearing from candidates who have:
- Proven underground mining experience relevant to the position applied for.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A reliable, professional and proactive approach.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced underground environment.
- A current manual Queensland Driver Licence.
- The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and police clearance if necessary.
