RFBI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (DIV 1) to lead our aged care care team in Goulburn. You will advise and assist staff to deliver personalised care, aligning with residents' needs and preferences. The role reports to the Care Manager and sits at the core of our resident wellbeing program.

With 2+ years in aged care, you will supervise staff, manage complex clinical tasks, and contribute to continuous quality improvement in a supportive, non-profit setting.
