The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Social Worker to contribute to the development, provision and evaluation of social work services for hospital inpatients, outpatients and the community.
You will rotate across medical, surgical and emergency caseloads, participate in weekend on-call, and work within an allied health multidisciplinary team to achieve best patient outcomes.
