About the Opportunity:
Are you great with people, confident with technology and someone who enjoys helping others learn? Maybe you're the person in your team who picks up a new system quickly, and before long, everyone is coming to you with questions. You're patient, you can explain things without overcomplicating them, and you genuinely enjoy seeing that moment when something finally clicks for someone. If this sounds like you, this could be an opportunity to take these strengths and turn them into something amazing.
Workflow Advisory is growing, and this role has been created to grow with it. Since launching in 2025, the business has built a strong and growing client base. The Director is ready & excited to welcome another great person into the business who can build relationships with clients and gradually take ownership of an important part of their experience.
That's where you come in. As Client Training Coordinator, you will work closely with the Director and directly with clients, helping business owners and their teams confidently use AroFlo in their everyday work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering practical and engaging client training, both in person (visiting client sites) and online.
- Working and collaborating with everyone from business owners and administration teams through to field-based tradespeople.
- Preparing for each training session so you understand the client, their AroFlo setup and what the session needs to achieve.
- Connecting with clients ahead of training to organise the practical details for each session,
including dates, times, attendance, venue and technology requirements.
- Adapting your training and communication style depending on who is in front of you.
- Creating ongoing useful resources such as quick-reference guides, process guides, screen recordings and short explainer videos.
- Building a library of training resources that can be adapted and improved as the business grows.
- Keeping client information, training schedules and tasks organised and up to date.
- Proactively listening to client feedback and looking for ways to make the training experience even better.
- Working closely with the Director and providing support across client projects, when required.
This is an exciting role where you can own the experience from preparation through to delivery, getting to know the client, understanding what they need and making sure each session is organised, relevant and for the people in the room.
To be successful in this role:
- Previous experience in a customer / client-facing role, including training, teaching, EA/PA or client coordination-based position.
- A formal qualification or certification in Training or equivalent adult learning would be advantageous, however not essential for the right person.
- Exposure to or a valuable understanding of the trade industry and how trade businesses operate day to day would be highly advantageous.
- Experience with AroFlo, Monday.com or similar platforms would be well regarded, however not essential as training will be provided.
- Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, from business owners and office teams through to tradespeople in the field.
- Excellent technology and systems skills. You're someone who picks up new software quickly and isn't afraid to explore how things work
- The ability to teach, guide and explain processes clearly and patiently, particularly to people who may not be confident with technology.
- Experience creating helpful resources to help others learn, including how-to guides, process documents, screen recording, videos or similar.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to keep multiple clients, appointments and priorities moving at the same time.
- A practical, hands‑on approach. You're happy to take ownership, get stuck in and see things through.
Why join Workflow Advisory:
There's something exciting about joining a business while it's growing, particularly when you get to work alongside the person who started it. The Director is incredibly supportive, approachable and generous with her knowledge. She's looking for someone she can collaborate with, bounce ideas around with and invest in as they continue to grow and shape the future of Workflow Advisory together.
You will be able to enjoy:
- Great flexibility, with full-time or 0.8 FTE considered
- Highly collaborative and hands‑on training with ongoing support
- Professional development that can evolve with you and your interests
- Plenty of variety - no two days looks the same
- Genuine client relationships and the opportunity to become a trusted face of the business
- The freedom to contribute ideas
- The opportunity to take ownership of your work and produce something you're proud of!
- The opportunity to grow your role and responsibilities as the business continues to grow
Most importantly, you will be joining at a point where your contribution will be noticed. If you're looking for a role where you can work with great people, build your skills, take on more responsibility and be part of the journey of a growing business, we would love to hear from you.
Sound like you?
