Job Purpose • Assist financial advisers in delivering high-quality advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Advisers, Senior Advisers, and Partners to coordinate the development and implementation of advice.
- Prepare high-quality, tailored Statements and Records of Advice with support from the Client Experience Team.
- Manage client communications in partnership with advisers.
- Ensure advice is well-researched,
summarised, and ready for approval.
- Assist in developing complex strategies for new and existing clients.
- Review client documents for compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Attend client meetings for context and career development.
- Conduct baseline and scenario modelling to support client strategies.
- Oversee internal advice processes to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Support the new and existing client review process, including preparation of meeting materials.
- Maintain active communication with advisers on advice progress.
- Mentor and guide the Client Experience Team.
- Monitor client appointments.
- Assist with onboarding new clients.
- Maintain accurate records in business systems.
- Complete professional development requirements.
