The Opportunity An excellent opportunity now exists for an Associate or Senior Associate to join this highly reputable and successful firm.
This is a broad role offering genuine variety across estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. You’ll manage your own matters with appropriate support, work directly with clients and develop well-rounded expertise across both advisory and contentious estates work.
The work includes
✔ Wills, enduring powers of attorney and estate planning advice
✔ Testamentary trusts and asset-protection considerations
✔ Probate and letters of administration applications
✔ Estate administration from initial instructions through to distribution
✔ Family provision applications and contested estates
✔ Will validity, executor and beneficiary disputes
✔ Informal wills, capacity and undue influence matters
✔ Mediation, negotiation and court proceedings
About You
✅ Approximately 2 years’ PAE in Wills & Estates
✅ Experience across estate planning and administration, with estate litigation exposure highly regarded
✅ Strong drafting, analytical and client communication skills
✅ The empathy and judgement required to guide clients through sensitive matters
✅ Ability to manage files autonomously while working collaboratively within a team
✅ A genuine interest in building a long-term career in succession law
