About the Role:

We're hiring four relentless, magnetic, commercially-sharp people into the OxyShred Athlete & Influencer Program. Four operators who want to build the most talked-about creator roster in global fitness. What’s in it for you?

- International travel: Activations, shoots, launches and events across our global markets.

- Industry knowledge and relationship: You'll build direct relationships with athletes, creators, agents and platform reps across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

- Real ownership from day one: You'll sign talent, brief campaigns and own the numbers. No shadowing. No “maybe next quarter.”

- A career, not a job: This program is our talent pipeline, and stepping stone for becoming a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, Creative Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Hunt and sign talent: Identify, pitch and close influencers across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram - from rising creators nobody's found yet to established athletes. You'll live in the DMs and you'll be good at it.

- Build the content:



Work hand-in-hand with athletes and influencers to shape content that actually converts - not brand-safe wallpaper.

- Brief and drive campaigns: Own the campaign brief end to end, then coach creators on performance and push them to be better.

- Report on what matters: Track reach, engagement, conversion and ROI. Know which creators are earning their keep - and be honest about the ones who aren't.

- Sell the brand, everywhere: You're the face of OxyShred to talent. How you show up is the pitch.

About you:

- Performance-driven. You don't measure yourself in activity, you measure yourself in outcomes. Signings, views, conversions, revenue. You want the scoreboard visible and you want to be on top of it.

- A go-getter. You don't wait for permission or a perfect brief. You see the gap, you close it. Cold outreach doesn't scare you - being ignored just makes you sharper.

- Commercially minded. You understand that a creator with 2M followers and no sales is worth less than one with 40K who moves product. You think in CPMs, conversion and cost-per-acquisition, not just vibes.

- Charismatic. People say yes to you. You can hold a room, build rapport in a DM, and make a creator genuinely want to be part of what we're building.

And you'll need:

- A real obsession with social media marketing and health and fitness - both, not one





- Deeply active on TikTok and Instagram; robust working knowledge of YouTube, Facebook and X
- A genuine read on the influencer landscape - who's rising, who's fading, who's a fit

- Creative instinct and an eye for detail

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Sharp time management - you'll juggle a lot of creators at once

- Outgoing, warm, and a genuine team player

- Hungry, hardworking and a fast learner. Effort is mandatory.
