We’re looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join the Future Students Unit team! Reporting to the Marketing Campaigns and Digital Manager, this role will be responsible for bringing to life UTS College’s AI SEO content roadmap. The objective will be to improve the visibility and accuracy of our brand across emerging AI-powered search platforms and LLM’s

About the role

The role will work with an appointed digital agency to translate GEO and AEO recommendations into purposeful, high-quality content across the UTS College website and selected third-party platforms.

Whilst the website will be the primary focus of the role, the position will also support external content and digital channels that strengthen UTS College’s authority, accuracy and visibility across LLM’s and AI search tools.

This is a 12-month fixed term position.

Key responsibilities of this role:

- Translate SEO,GEOand AEO audit findings and recommendations into aprioritisedcontent production plan.
- Partner with the appointed digital agency to implement strategic recommendations, clarify contentrequirementsand bring the AI SEO roadmap to life.
- Write, create and publish new engaging website pages based onidentifiedsearch,audienceand business priorities.
- Rewrite andoptimiseexisting website pages to improve search performance, clarity,engagementand conversion.




- Support the accuracy and consistency of UTS College information across selected third-party platforms that influence search and AI visibility.
- Produce video and multimedia content that supports priority website pages and searchobjectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to interviewacademics, students, recruitmentstaffand other subject-matter experts to sourceaccurateand credible information.
- Conduct content audits across priority sections of the website and selected external platforms.
- Provide ongoing Google Analytics and SEO reporting to demonstrate impact of increased citations and visibility across search and LLM platforms
- Work and collaborate with students, parents and staff to create content for other key Marketing activities and initiatives including paid campaigns

About you

You will have:

- Relevant qualifications in digital marketing, communications, journalism, content,mediaor relateddiscipline.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in digital content production, website content, digitalmarketingor a closely related field.
- Demonstratedexperiencewriting, editing,restructuringand publishing content for complex websites.
- Strong knowledge of SEO content principles, search intent and on-pageoptimisation.
- A demonstrated understanding and passion in GEO,AEOand the impact of AI-powered search on content discovery.
- Experience translating SEO,



contentauditor digital strategy recommendations into practical content deliverables.
- Experience in turning data sets (including GA4, search and LLM reporting) into meaningful insights that translate into explicit content recommendations and output
- Excellent writing, editing,proofreading, video creationand interviewing skills.
