Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Claremont branch on a part time basis, 30.15 hours per week. The roster is predetermined: Mon Tue Thu Fri 9:30am–4:15pm and Wed 9:30am–4:30pm.
You’ll work with the Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer and refer to specialists when needed. You’ll help customers use in-branch tech and digital options, handle transactional needs, and complete Financial Health Checks.
