You'll be working on Synesso MVP Hydra , Mythos 2, EK, Mahlkong Mochhamaster.
Applicants need be able to demonstrate:
- A minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role and workplace
- Be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of coffee making techniques including intermediate to advanced latte art.
- Sound understanding of extraction knowledge - temperature, time, flow and volume and grinder adjustment
- Have great attention to detail
- Able to maintain standards under pressure
- Be well presented and friendly
- Be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
