Dough si Dough Sourdough Bakery Strathfieldsaye is searching for a qualified baker with sourdough experience preferred. This role is a night time position and may require weekend work. The position requires experience in manufacturing sourdough, mainstream breads, yeast raised donuts, cake donuts, croissants & pastries.
The candidate must have sound experience in mixing, resting, proofing, moulding, frying and baking. It is also essential to have and understanding in reading of production plans, method/recipe sheets and following procedures.
The successful candidate must have a current drivers licence, have the ablitity to work autonomously and also work as part of a quick paced busy team.
