Harvest Boulangerie Patisserie is looking for an experienced Baker to join our production team in Scarborough.

We are a French artisan bakery producing our breads and pastries in-house, with a strong focus on traditional methods, quality ingredients and consistency. This is a long-term, full-time night position suited to an experienced baker who is confident managing their production independently.

About the role

You will be responsible for the preparation and production of our bread range, including sourdough, baguettes, artisan breads and enriched doughs.

Your responsibilities will include

Mixing, fermentation and dough development Sourdough and artisan bread production

Bread dividing and shaping

Brioche dough production

Croissant dough preparation

Managing fermentation and proving

Baking with deck ovens

Working with quality and organic flours





Maintaining consistent quality across production

Following production schedules and quantities

Contributing to the development and testing of new recipes

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workspace

What we're looking for

You must have previous professional baking experience and be confident working independently. Strong knowledge of sourdough, fermentation, dough development and artisan bread production is essential. Experience with deck ovens and bread shaping is required. We're looking for someone reliable, organised and able to maintain quality while working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
