Location: Parramatta, Sydney (Hybrid: 2 days in office / 3 days WFH after initial training)

Pay: $38.89/hr + Super

We are partnering with one of Australia's leading major banks to recruit Operations Administrators for a high-profile, 12-month business lending migration project.

If you are an entry-level professional with a background in banking operations-this is an exceptional opportunity to gain banking experience on a massive platform transformation.

The Role

This is a strictly non-customer-facing, back-office operational role within the Business Lending space. You'll be working behind the scenes to migrate business accounts seamlessly from legacy platforms to new systems.

What you'll be doing:

- Managing end-to-end account migrations, openings, and closures for business lending clients.
- Handling administrative heavy lifting, including document fulfillment and data verification.
- Working with settlement processes to ensure compliance and accuracy across all account transfers.
- Collaborating closely with a vibrant engaging team

What We Are Looking For

- Background: A degree in Finance, Business, Commerce (or related),



or preliminary experience in banking/general operations.
- Core Skills: Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) with the ability to pick up banking systems quickly.
- Mindset: High energy, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic. You should be comfortable with high-volume admin and process-driven tasks.
- Process Knowledge: A foundational understanding of settlements, business lending, or equipment finance is highly regarded.
