About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team. This role offers flexible schedule centered around weekend shifts, with optional weekday availability and an opportunity for increased hours leading into Summer.
Key Details
- Weekend Work: Required (8–12 hours total).
- Weekday Work: Optional shifts available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Total Hours: 20–30 hours per week (up to 5 days), increasing near Summer.
- Start Time: 6:30 AM.
Requirements
- Prior Experience: Proven experience as a Barista or Café All-Rounder is required.
- Punctual, reliable, and comfortable with early morning starts.
- Ability to multitask and maintain high service standards in a busy environment.
