Middle Harbour 16ft Skiff Club is seeking a Bar and Bistro Supervisor to join our hospitality team on a casual basis (15-20 hours per week).

As Bar

Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining high standards of customer care, and overseeing the day-to-day running of the bar during your shifts.

- Supervising and managing bar staff during shifts, ensuring productive and friendly service to all patrons

- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages with accuracy and flair, maintaining high presentation standards

- Monitoring stock levels of spirits, wines, beers and mixers, and communicating ordering requirements to management

- Ensuring compliance with responsible service of alcohol practices and relevant licensing laws





- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, equipment and work surfaces

- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and securely

- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for club members and guests

- Managing challenging situations professionally and resolving customer concerns

- Contributing to the overall success of club events and functions as required

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
