Bar Lune is looking for an experienced Bar/Floor Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, leads by example, and understands that great service requires equal parts precision, personality, and pace.

You’ll play a key role in delivering the calm, polished, and welcoming experience Bar Lune is known for, supporting the team on the floor while ensuring the bar runs seamlessly every service.

The Role

Working closely with venue management, you’ll be responsible for overseeing bar operations, leading the bar during service, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities

- Running smooth, confident services while remaining guest-focused
- Managing stock control, ordering, and waste minimisation
- Ensuring compliance with RSA,



WHS, and venue procedures
- Supporting a positive, respectful, and professional team culture

About You

- Proven experience supervising or managing a bar in a quality hospitality venue
- Strong service knowledge with an eye for detail and consistency
- Calm, organised, and confident under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Reliable availability Wednesday to Sunday
- Available for an immediate start
