Duty Manager Beverage & Bars, Bartenders & Glassie positions available

We’re looking for

· Duty Managers to supervise staff, manage service, maintaining liquor, monitoring stock and presentation, and support the wider management team

· Experienced bartenders with proven skills in cocktails, beer, and wine service, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

· Glassies who are eager to learn, will be trained in all aspects of the bar, and have the potential to progress into bartending roles (must be 18 for this pathway)





Variety of hours per week available, with up to full time hours available in Summer, over a 7-day rotating roster. Weekend and evening availability is essential.
