We are a Greek Restaurant with 4 locations across Melbourne, soon to be 5. Our people play a major part in our success and that's why we want our people to be our brand ambassadors. You need to love serving guests and providing a true hospitality experience.

We are a high volume restaurant environment, so we are seeking vibrant, dynamic and hard-working staff who would add to the overall environment for our restaurant.

To be successful you will have:

- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Making and pouring drinks including cocktails
- Making coffee
- Controlling stock and ordering stock as required
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
- Respond efficiently to all customer enquiries





SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience as a Bar person (Essential)
- You need to have excellent service standards and engaging customer-oriented approach.
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- The ability to demonstrate superior team playing skills
- The ability to work in a rapid paced and busy environment
- A passion for customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Valid RSA Certificate
- Wine and Greek food knowledge will be highly regarded, but not essential
- Must be available Friday and Saturday Nights
