Barista Requirements:
- Confident with specialty coffee and matcha drinks
- Strong coffee skills – dialling in, milk texturing
- Friendly and professional with customers
All-Rounder Requirements:
- Experience in preparing smoothies, juices, and sandwiches
- Strong multitasking and customer service skills
- Ability to assist on coffee when needed
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency on the floor
