About the role

As a Casual Bartender at Bar Ricci, you'll play an significant role in delivering exceptional service while working in a fast-paced, premium dining environment.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with guests
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
- Follow RSA requirements and venue procedures
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory control
- Work collaboratively with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Contribute to a positive and qualified team environment

About you

- Minimum 2 years' bartending experience in a restaurant, cocktail bar, or premium hospitality venue
- Strong cocktail-making skills and beverage knowledge
- Wine knowledge is highly regarded




- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and productive during busy service periods
- Current RSA Certificate
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
