As a Beauty Therapist at Shape and Sculpt, you will play a crucial role in providing a wide range of beauty treatments and services to our valued clients. You will have the opportunity to work in a serene and luxurious spa environment and build lasting relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Performing Beauty Treatments: Administer a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, body wraps, and other skincare and body treatments.

Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their individual needs and preferences, and provide expert recommendations for suitable treatments.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to offer the best advice and treatments to clients.

Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.

Client Education: Educate clients about skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to help them achieve long-lasting results.

Sales and Upselling: Promote and sell spa products and services, and recommend appropriate products for at-home care.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and product inventory.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist.




- Relevant certification or license in beauty therapy.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
