Downer is seeking a Casual Catering Assistant to join the Spotless team at the Brisbane Immigration Detention Centre in Pinkenba, QLD. The role involves preparing meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and complying with HACCP standards under supervision of the Chef Manager.

Mandatory certificate II in Kitchen Operations (or higher) and valid food safety certificates; prior kitchen experience and solid teamwork are highly valued.
