An opportunity exists for a junior to join our administration team to help with the day to day administrative tasks involved in the running of our business.

This is an excellent prospect for someone who is looking to start their career straight out of school. We will only be interviewing candidates who have just completed their secondary schooling.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Handling incoming/outgoing mail

- Scanning and filing

- Reviewing & processing Tax Office correspondence

- Lodgement of Income Tax Returns

- Preparing for Director rural travel

- General day to day office duties





The person we seek must:

- Be eager to learn office procedures and bookkeeping;

- Have good keyboard skills;

- Be computer literate, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook;

- Have good attention to detail;

- Be able to work both in a team and on their own;

- Be accurate with figures; and

- Possess enthusiasm and energy to strive for excellence.

This is a full time position and the remuneration package will be based on the Clerks - Private Sector Award.
