We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Clinical Governance and Risk Coordinator to join our North Sydney Support Office on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Director of Medical Affairs, you'll support the governance, compliance and clinical risk frameworks that underpin secure, high-quality client care across our network. From coordinating audits and compliance activities to monitoring adverse events and supporting medical governance reporting, you'll help ensure our clinics operate to the highest clinical standards.

You'll play an important role in supporting the clinical governance and risk systems that protect our clients, clinics and brand. Working closely with medical, operational and support teams, you'll help drive compliance, accountability and continuous improvement across the network.

How You'll Make an Impact

- Coordinate clinical governance, compliance and health regulatory activities across the network.
- Support audits of Schedule 4 medicines management, storage, dispensing and recordkeeping.
- Monitor adverse event reporting, follow-up, documentation and closure.
- Coordinate telehealth audits across consultations, prescribing, consent and clinical records.
- Maintain governance registers, action plans, audit records and compliance documentation.
- Prepare governance dashboards, reports and committee documentation.
- Support Medical Advisory Committee meetings and action tracking.
- Partner with clinics,



prescribers and support office teams to drive compliance and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring to the Team

- Experience in healthcare administration, governance, quality, auditing, compliance or risk management.
- Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping capability.
- Experience maintaining registers, coordinating audits or tracking actions.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence working with data, reports, spreadsheets and dashboards
- Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify risks, resolve issues and elevate where appropriate.
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, clinical governance, accreditation or medicines management will be highly regarded.
