We are seeking an Oceania Export Senior Executive to join our dynamic team at PIL Australia Pty Ltd, based in Southbank, Victoria. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our Import/Export operations, supporting our business in the Oceania region.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining and updating spot and contract pricing
Market analysis and compliance with regulatory requirements
Coordinating container flow out of Australia and New Zealand ports
Monitoring vessel schedules, bookings and inventory levels
Supporting sales teams with space and container allocations
What we're looking for
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in container shipping, trade management, cargo flow, pricing, commercial support or related logistics functions.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Understanding of cost structures and carrier operations
Understanding of liner shipping, freight markets, and Australia / New Zealand – Asia trade an advantage
Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools
Strong organisational and coordination abilities
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively
Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies or related discipline is preferred.
Willing to travel when required
