Nurse Next Door Ballina is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help a local client start her day with practical, compassionate care. Shifts run from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, up to 4 days a week, with a focus on warm companionship and home assistance.

The role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and current First Aid/CPR, plus NDIS Worker Screening. A valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are preferred to support community-based visits.
