Administration, Data Entry & Invoicing Support - Aged Care

- Excellent hourly rate $49.71 per hour + 12% superannuation & weekly pay
- Must be available for an ASAP start for an ongoing casual role
- Location Malvern working for an Aged Care Service Provider

We are seeking an experienced Administration, Data Entry and Invoicing Support Officer to join our team and provide administrative support within the aged care sector, with knowledge and experience relating to the Support at Home program.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aged care administrator who is confident with data entry, invoicing and learning new systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide general administrative and operational support
- Complete accurate and timely data entry
- Process invoices and ensure information is accurate
- Maintain client and service records
- Assist with reporting, documentation and record keeping
- Support administration relating to the Support at Home program




- Liaise with internal teams and relevant stakeholders
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy

About You

- Previous administration experience within the aged care sector
- Strong knowledge of aged care processes and Support at Home
- Experience with invoicing and data entry
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, reliable and skilled approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A current Police Check
- Availability to commence ASAP
