- Ability to assist the crew with general asphalt and labouring tasks when required
- Sound knowledge of equipment operation, safety standards, and asphalt processes
- Solid work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team
- Relevant tickets such as Traffic Control and First Aid are an advantage
What You’ll Do:
- Operate Bobcat/Skid Steer safely and efficiently across asphalt and civil works projects
- Load, spread, and level asphalt and materials
- Perform pre-start checks and basic maintenance of plant and equipment
- Assist the crew with general site and asphalt works when needed
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
